Data entered in the form is transmitted through Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers and Email Routing), which acts as a data processor solely for the transit of data, and delivered directly to the Data Controller's email inbox. The form is protected by the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot service, which analyses technical browser signals to distinguish human visitors from automated programs without accessing the content entered in the form (Turnstile privacy notice). No data is stored in any database owned by this website.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is retained in the Data Controller's email inbox for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from collection, unless required by law.

7. Disclosure and Transfer

Personal data will not be disclosed or shared with third parties, except for:

Cloudflare — website hosting, transmission of contact form emails (Email Routing) and anti-bot protection (Turnstile)

8. International Data Transfers

Data may be transferred to servers located outside the European Union (Cloudflare). Such transfers are carried out in compliance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
